Terms & Conditions – candy918

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" refers to the registered member account created by a Player on the candy918 Platform.
• "Real Money Play" refers to any wagering activity conducted with funds deposited into a candy918 Account.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on the candy918 Platform, accessing any game or service, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with candy918's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

• You must not be on any self-exclusion register operated or recognised by candy918.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

By registering on candy918, you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are met and will remain met during your use of the Platform. Any misrepresentation of eligibility may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.

4. Account Registration & Verification

4.1 Registration

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the candy918 Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and update your details promptly if they change.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

candy918 is required by its licensing obligations to verify the identity of Players before processing withdrawal requests. You agree to provide any identification documents requested by candy918, including but not limited to a copy of your Malaysian MyKad or passport, proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being withheld pending document submission.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. candy918 will never request your password. You must notify candy918 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. candy918 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain adequate account security.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to candy918 Accounts are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and FPX online banking. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. candy918 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources not registered in the Player's name.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. candy918 targets eWallet withdrawals to be completed within 15 minutes for KYC-verified accounts and bank transfers within two hours, subject to payment provider processing times outside candy918's control. candy918 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the candy918 Platform are denominated in MYR. No currency conversion fees are charged by candy918, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by candy918 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. General bonus conditions applicable across all candy918 promotions include:

• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until associated wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Real Money balances are wagered before Bonus Funds unless otherwise stated.
• candy918 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or void bonus funds in cases where abuse, collusion, or technical error is identified.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless expressly stated that they are compatible.
• Players found to be exploiting bonus structures through low-risk hedged betting strategies may have bonuses voided and any winnings derived therefrom forfeited.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

8. Sportsbook Betting Rules

• Use of software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage or to circumvent Platform security measures.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes raised against valid candy918 transactions.
• Money laundering or any activity that facilitates financial crime.
• Registration of multiple Accounts or use of another person's Account.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

candy918 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A Player breaches any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• candy918 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the Platform.
• A Player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Continued operation of the Account would be contrary to candy918's licensing obligations.

Where an Account is closed due to Player breach, any balance held may be forfeited. Where candy918 closes an Account for operational reasons unrelated to Player breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via a payment method of candy918's choosing.

11. Responsible Gaming

candy918 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. candy918 provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible via the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the candy918 Platform. Permanent self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without written consent from candy918 is strictly prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, candy918 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. candy918's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

candy918 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously or free from errors or interruptions. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability for which candy918 accepts no liability.

14. Privacy

candy918 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein. candy918 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as required by candy918's licensing obligations.

15. Amendments to Terms

candy918 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via the email address on their Account and/or via a notice displayed on the Platform. Amended terms take effect 14 days after notification unless the amendment is required by regulatory or legal obligation, in which case it takes effect immediately. 16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
